What Comey said was that he couldn't find a reason to charge her for gross negligence, it all depended on the interpretation of the word and the fact that no one would want to try to prosecute her. Sorry she doesn't get a pass on this in my book.
Your comment makes you look like a Hillary apologist. Fifty six percent of the American people polled think she should have been charged. New poll on Yahoo today. Even Comey said if you try this you will be prosecuted. She should lose her security clearance.
